The Castello and Riva apartments on the ground floor expose original stonewalls and wood ceilings or provide disabled access, respectively. Apartment Lario on the first floor accommodates up to eight guests with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen.

The holiday homes occupy the historic center of Cernobbio, one hundred meters from the Lake Como shore and the ferry terminal serving Bellagio. Villa d'Este, Villa Erba, and Villa Bernasconi stand a three-minute walk from the entrance. Guests walk to the city of Como along the lake promenade or drive to Milan via the A9 motorway in under an hour.

Every apartment supplies a private safe, while the Castello kitchen includes a dual-mode microwave and dishwasher, and the Lario kitchen adds a kettle and oven.
